BPL scholarship orientation workshop

An initiation and orientation program was held in partnership with ITFT to start of the scholarship program at the native village of the Panag family -Mahadian

Despite the heat, hundreds of students and their parents came for the ITFT vocational scholarship orientation program. Being the first initiative of its kind in this predominantly rural area, it was essential to hold such a seminar to familiarise the target population with the scholarship program , its eligibility criteria and its employment/placement opportunities. The event was attended by Sarpnaches of the villages in the Block, the Block Development Officer and the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Fatehgarh Saheb. The highlight of the seminar was the motivational talk given by Dr Gulshan Sharma, Director ITFT and the interaction of the students with Gul.
